1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jjl58 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming and sports betting in the Philippines under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. jjl58 strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age at any point.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jjl58 is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jjl58, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jjl58 platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by jjl58 at its discretion.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jjl58 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any pending withdrawals held pending verification.

2. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jjl58 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

2.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by jjl58. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjl58 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jjl58 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact jjl58 support immediately.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jjl58 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

jjl58 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jjl58 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jjl58 account. jjl58 targets a processing time of five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider. jjl58 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the jjl58 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jjl58 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

jjl58 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered members who meet the stated criteria for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• jjl58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirements.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jjl58 platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and these Terms & Conditions, the game rules as displayed at the time of play shall prevail for that specific game.

jjl58 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games. Live casino games are operated by third-party certified studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Live. jjl58 is not responsible for technical failures originating from third-party game providers, though jjl58 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes on behalf of affected players.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jjl58 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not payable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjl58 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine AML laws.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade self-exclusion.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

jjl58 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies including PAGCOR. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to be notified when a set time has elapsed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jjl58 platform, including but not limited to the jjl58 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game content, is the intellectual property of jjl58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jjl58 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjl58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. jjl58's total aggregate liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjl58 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

10. Termination

jjl58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a member has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members. Upon termination for cause, jjl58 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members may close their own accounts at any time by contacting jjl58 support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jjl58 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

12. Amendments

jjl58 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, jjl58 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via their registered contact information. Continued use of the jjl58 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
